Starting from 16 January 2017, Jiang-Nan Chun offers a wonderful array of a la carte and set lunch or dinner menus for guests to commemorate the arrival of the Year of the Rooster. Six-course set menu from S$128 to S$218 per person, featuring dishes such as Chef’s Special Braised Duck, Double Boiled Fish Maw Soup with Black Truffle and Bamboo Pith, Braised Six Head Abalone with Black Moss and Steamed Boston Lobster with Cordyceps Flower and Ginseng.

On 27 January 2017, six-course set menus are available from S$158 to S$218 per person and from 27 January to 11 February 2017, Private Dining Rooms will require a minimum spending for reservations.
