Beef short ribs

Having completed a renovation a year ago in February 2016, Jiang-Nan Chun has since introduced new dishes to highlight their culinary skills in authentic Cantonese cuisine with premium ingredients.

 

 

Dishes include the following:

  • Jasmine Tea Smoked Chicken SGD 18 per serving (in glass dome)
  • Double-Boiled Fresh Abalone Soup with Dried Scallop and Matsutake Mushrooms SGD 68 per person (Chef’s Special Menu, by pre-order only)
  • Slow-cooked Beef Short Rib with Chef’s Special Sauce SGD 24 per person
  • Pork Rib Marinated with Preserved Red Beancurd SGD 16 per person
  • Poached Baby Spinach with Black Garlic and Cordyceps Flower SGD 24 per serving
  • Poached Lobster with Rice in Superior Stock SGD 98 per person
  • Homemade Almond Tofu with Lychee SGD 15 per person
