An annual run organised by Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, Regent Singapore and the National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS) for the support of cancer research and raise awareness. It is a movement which started more than 30 years ago by the Four Seasons Hotel & Resort by Mr Isadore Sharp, CEO and founder of this company.
In 1978, when Mr Sharp lost his fourth son Christopher to melanoma cancer, he established a worldwide programme of fund-raising for cancer research in cities where his properties are, in memory of his son.
Inspired by Terry Fox who ran across Canada to raise money and cancer awareness in 1980 despite having lost a leg to cancer, Mr Sharp ensured his legacy lived on and since, every Four Seasons property has been actively supporting this cause.
With our 24th Run this 19th February, show your support for all who had lost to cancer, all who are still battling cancer and most importantly, as some bonding time between colleagues, family, friends and children!
