On 8th March 2017, award-winning Jiang-Nan Chun will be in collaboration with Howard Park, a series of handcrafted fine Australian wines from WA’s famous grape growing regions of the Great Southern and Margaret River, and Dorper Lamb, who is fussy about their meat quality and ensures their partners envision sustainability of both the environment and industry.

To start, guests will be served with canapes of Flaky Pastry with Avruga Caviar and Taro & Kurobuta Pork Belly with Honey Glaze, paired with Howard Park Miamup Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 2016.

Afterwhich, 5 wine-paired courses will follow, presenting signature dishes of Jiang-Nan chun such as Spanish Suckling Pig, Drunken Chicken, Double-Boiled Sea Whelk and Maka Soup in Coconut, special feature of Mesquite Wood Roasted Dorper Lamb Shoulder and ending it off with a dessert combination of Crispy Salted Egg Yolk Puff Pastry with Almond and Chilled Aloe Vera with Lemongrass Jelly.
