With selected ingredients at its prime this season, Jiang-Nan Chun has crafted a seasonal menu to showcase their wokmanship by featuring the selection in authentic Cantonese cuisine with the principle of enjoyment in mind. The 4-course set meal is available during both lunch and dinner daily at S$138++ per person.

The menu includes the following highlights:

  • Braised Pumpkin Soup with Scallop and Shrimp dumpling; the pumpkin is presented in thick creamy soup and complemented by the natural sweetness of scallops and prawns
  • Wok-Fried Prawns with Dragon Well Tea; with the heightened earthy tones of the Dragon Well Tea harvested at its peak, ¬†it harmonizes perfectly to bring out the freshness of the prawns
  • Slow-Cooked Lobster with Poached Apple and Yuzu Dressing; a marriage of floral and fruity flavors as the apple simmers in homemade Osmanthus flower broth, served with slow-cooked lobster and completed with Yuzu dressing to create an added zing of freshness
