For two days only, Three Michelin star award winning Chef Albert Au Kwok Keung will be cooking up an exclusive menu for diners at Jiang-Nan Chun.

Delights such as Braised Inaniwa Udon and Pork gravy with Shredded Abalone, Stewed Wagu Short Rib and Sauteed Lobster fillet with Black Bean sauce will be served.
