Toss to good fortune with the restaurant’s signature Yu Shenga bestseller that comprises an appetising mix of ingredients including smoked salmon slices, crispy vermicelli, fried sweet potato strips and beetroot, complemented with a homemade plum sauce and pineapple paste. “Three-head quality” abalone, Bird’s nest, Japanese surf clams, smoked salmon, crispy fish skin, crispy silver fish and crackers accompany this dish.
